Job summary

Invenergy Services LLC is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager for the Darien Solar Energy Center in Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all operations of the solar facility in a safe and compliant manner.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and strong technical skills. Benefits include a salary range of $115,000 - $155,000, along with a bonus potential and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six (6) months of supervisory experience.
• Willing to work nights during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the facility safely.
• Prepare and implement maintenance procedures.
• Recruit, train and manage staff.
