Job summary

Ethos Green Power Cooperative is seeking a Technical Sales Expert for an in-person, full-time role in Viroqua, WI. The position offers hourly pay of $24.81 with an estimated annual compensation of $51,610.39.

You will manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, explain tariffs, and communicate technical details of solar, heat pumps, EV chargers, batteries, and related products. The role requires strong customer engagement, collaboration with the Sales & Marketing

Qualifications

• Experience communicating complex technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Ability to explain tariffs, incentives, and cost-benefit economics.
• Experience managing the sales cycle from lead to contract.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Learn and articulate Ethos’ process and road to solar.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads.
• Prepare system designs, costing, and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with Project Management for site assessments and designs.
