This role acts as the central point between customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring site readiness and clear communication before, during, and after each job. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service or a related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Positive attitude and a helpful, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service activities within established guidelines and metrics.
• Schedule and plan service and installation activities with field teams.
• Serve as primary coordination point between customers and field teams.
• Verify jobsite readiness: access, area readiness, permits where applicable.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure tools/equipment are available.
• Manage schedule changes due to weather or delays and re-plan as needed.
• Maintain scheduling records and track installation and service status.
