Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Solar Service Specialist to ensure a positive customer experience around service, installation, warranty and concerns.

You will plan, schedule and coordinate all service activities, acting as the central point between customers, field teams and internal stakeholders. Role requires strong organization, proactive communication and adaptability to weather or site changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service or similar field.
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
• Must communicate effectively internally.
• Excellent communication skills externally in stressful situations.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to help resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service intake and scheduling between customers, field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules for service and installation activities.
• Serve as primary coordination point between customers and field team prior to installation or service visits.
• Verify job site readiness and ensure access, readiness and permits where applicable.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure tools, equipment and personnel are allocated for each job.
• Proactively manage schedule changes due to weather or delays and re-plan as needed.
• Maintain scheduling records and track status in relevant systems.
