Job summary

Empower Solar is seeking an Installation Coordinator to schedule and manage the installation calendar, support customers, and coordinate between Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth process for the customer.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with at least 1 year of experience in solar or customer service. Full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Daily review and scheduling of projects ready for installation.
• Notify homeowners when projects come out of permitting and are ready for scheduling.
• Coordinate with Construction and Operations to ensure install teams have projects on calendar.
