Job summary

Clark Energies is seeking a results-driven Direct Sales Manager to lead and develop sales teams in the Dallas area. You will oversee managers and their teams, teach Clark Energies’ proven structure, and drive consistent performance within a high-accountability environment.

You will receive executive support and training on our operations, culture, and leadership standards, with opportunities to advance as the team scales and performance improves.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience (required).
• Proven ability to self-generate appointments and manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and presenting proposals.

Responsibilities

• Represent and market Clark Energies within assigned territory.
• Develop new clientele and expand market presence.
• Train consultants on conducting effective in-home solar consultations.
• Lead and host weekly meetings for appointment setters and consultants.
• Ensure all performance targets, goals, and KPIs are consistently met.
