A renewable energy company in Frisco, Texas, is looking for a Direct Sales Manager to oversee the growth of sales teams and build client relationships. This role requires at least one year of sales experience and a commitment to coaching and development. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy and will be supported by comprehensive training and generous compensation, including uncapped commissions. Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct sales experience, preferably in solar.
• Must have a cell phone and laptop/tablet for presentations.
• Must be coachable and committed to growth.
• Comfortable with in-home consultations.
