Job summary

Ion Solar in Utah is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to back the sales team with essential operational tasks. You will handle inbound calls, coordinate scheduling for technicians, document interactions, and help move accounts through the solar process with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has strong phone skills, excellent organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced office. Prior call-center experience is preferred; solar industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues presented by the sales representative or customer during a phone call.

• Schedule appointments with customers for technicians to advance the solar process.
• Properly document all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customer account.
