Job summary

ION Solar is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with critical operational tasks in a fast-paced office environment. You will support customers and the sales force from initial contact through the solar process, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.

This role requires excellent phone and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly as the channel expands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of Sales Support or similar experience required.
• Call center experience preferred, solar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues presented by sales reps or customers during calls.
• Respond to inbound calls from sales consultants and other communications promptly.
• Adhere to all tools, policies, and rules provided by management.
• Schedule appointments with customers for technicians to move the account through the solar process.
• Document all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customer account.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
