Qualifications

• Solar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Monitor live chats.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Learn the solar process in-depth and become a solar expert.
• Complete outbound calls to return voicemails and follow up with customers.
