Job summary

Venture Home in Washington, DC seeks experienced in-home solar sales representatives to close deals with homeowners. You’ll build trust, present solar products and financing options, and secure signings with a mix of base salary and uncapped commissions.

The role rewards performance and supports growth through training and mentorship. OTE ranges from six figures, reflecting a strong sales pipeline, with travel to homeowner homes, a reliable vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside/in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Solar experience is welcomed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present solar products and close sales.
• Travel to customer homes to conduct consultations and installations as needed.
• Educate customers about solar financing and benefits; follow company sales process.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful.

RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
