Job summary

Venture Home Group in the United States seeks experienced sales representatives who close in-home solar appointments. You will work with homeowners to present solar, battery storage, and upgrades, with appointments scheduled for you by our team to maximize closings.

A reliable vehicle and a license are required. The compensation includes a base salary with uncapped commission, plus a 401k match, health/dental/vision insurance, paid training, PTO, a referral program, and opportunities for

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside sales (in-home) is preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn’t seem “too good to be true”.
