Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking experienced sales representatives to close in-home solar deals. A reliable vehicle and a license are required to be considered for the position. Our team schedules qualified appointments for you to meet homeowners and close the best combinations of products and financing in the solar market.

Base salary plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of $100,000-$250,000. Benefits include 401k match, health/dental/vision, paid training, PTO, referral program, and

• Sales experience is required and essential.
• Outside in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in solar products or energy solutions is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Close deals with homeowners after pre-qualification and scheduling of appointments.
• Meet with homeowners to present products and financing options.
• Represent the company professionally in in-home visits.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful.

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
