Job summary

Venture Home Group in Washington, DC is seeking experienced sales representatives who close deals and drive growth in residential solar.

You’ll work with qualified homeowner appointments arranged by our team, presenting products and financing options to help homeowners save on energy bills.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, travel reimbursement, and strong opportunities for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside sales experience (in-home) is preferred.
• Solar experience welcomed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to close sales after qualified appointments are scheduled.

About The Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful.

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
