Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking experienced in-home sales representatives in Lawrence, MA to close solar and energy upgrade deals with homeowners. You will work with our team to present product value, secure commitments, and drive revenue in a fast-growing residential energy company.

Base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $100,000–$250,000) offers a substantial earning potential. A reliable vehicle and license are required to be considered for the position, with benefits including 401k match

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally in in-home/outside sales.
• Proven closers with a track record of success.
• Interest or experience in solar is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present products and close deals.
• Coordinate with appointment setters to follow up and close.
• Explain financing options and savings to customers.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets.

About The Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful.

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem 'too good to be true'.
