Job summary

AEC Solar is hiring a Residential Solar Sales Consultant to help homeowners reduce energy costs and transition to solar power. This field-based role involves in-home and virtual consultations with qualified leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities to close new business.

You’ll meet with homeowners to assess energy needs, explain financial options including incentives and tax benefits, and manage leads and proposals through our CRM.

Qualifications

• B2C/in-home or direct sales experience; solar or home improvement preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to work some early evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $100,000–$175,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

About the Role
