Position: Solar Sales Consultant (Pennsylvania)

Support our Residential team by educating customers on solar energy benefits through consultations with company-provided and self-sourced leads. Oversee projects from sale to post-installation, ensuring a seamless customer experience and uphold Lumina's high standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform virtual/in-home consultations
  • Deliver compelling presentations
  • Conduct needs assessments using design software
  • Explain solar systems, installation, financing, and savings
  • Collaborate with permitting, operations, and installation teams
  • Manage customer projects and communicate updates
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Build customer relationships for satisfaction and referrals
  • Generate leads via social media, networking, etc.
  • Follow up on pipeline opportunities
  • Attend community events and training
  • Meet sales quotas

On your first day, you'll need:

  • Proven outside sales experience, ideally in solar/renewables
  • In-home sales experience
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • Background check clearance
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

  • Base of $2,500/month for four months
  • Transition to 100% commission with a $2,500 monthly draw

Note:

  • Target earnings vary based on performance
  • Position requires Pennsylvania residency and on-site consultations
