SOLAR SALES CONSULTANT

The Overview:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join this industry. The opportunities are tremendous, and there has never been a better time to enter one of the fastest-growing and most lucrative industries. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional skilled in building contacts, relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead: Represent Go Solar and yourself in every interaction, whether outside, on the phone, or online. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  2. Target Markets: Greater Denver area, Colorado Springs, Littleton, Boulder, and surrounding communities.
  3. Customer Consultation: Educate potential customers on solar energy benefits and assess their energy needs.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products to effectively position our solutions.
  6. Collaboration: Work with installation and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
We Offer:
  • Bi-weekly commissions paid within 2 weeks of closing each project, often before installation.
  • Commission starts at 150 KWH per KWH sold, with an average system of 6-14 KWH, tiered up to 750 KWH based on volume.
    Example: 150 KWH x $10/KWH system = $1500 commission
  • Potential earnings of $250,000+ annually with uncapped commissions.
  • A base salary of $25,000, unlocked after closing your first ten deals.
  • $10,000 bonus for every 10 deals signed within your first month.
  • Six-month bonus: 50 KWH for each KW sold within the six-month period.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (not required).
  • Prior sales experience in renewable energy or solar industry is a plus.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of solar systems and financing options is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
