Nextpower Inc in Fremont, CA, is seeking a results-driven Sales Analyst to manage CRM data, generate quotes and proposals, and support cross-functional teams from engineering to finance throughout the NX sale process.

You will drive bid strategies, track activities in Salesforce and NetSuite, and ensure on-time handoffs with a focus on margin and customer satisfaction. 3+ years in B2B sales support and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM.
• Excellent written and oral communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage customer projects in CRM and ERP systems.
• Generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance for margin targets.
• Support Account Managers and Sales Leaders; drive bids and strategy.
• Track activities in Salesforce and NetSuite and prepare reports.
