Job summary

Nextpower in the United States is seeking a Sales Analyst, Power Conversion to input and manage customer project data in the CRM, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project requirements. You will work closely with Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance to exceed client expectations.

This role supports Account Managers and Leaders on the Global Sales Team, handles bid strategy, tracks sales activities in NetSuite and Salesforce, and ensures timely handoffs

Qualifications

• Solar and/or Power Conversion experience required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• BS/BA in a business or technical field; MBA desired.
• Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems.
• Proven analytical background.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel to meet customer 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and driving departments to provide inputs to quotations.
• Support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other leaders on the Global Sales Team.
• Manage CRM and ERP data, track activities and present reports.
• Develop sales proposals and bid strategies for multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Care to ensure customer satisfaction.
