Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Sales Analyst to support US-based leads and complex multi-million dollar opportunities. The role interfaces with Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance to optimize margins and drive successful bids.

The candidate will coordinate proposals, track activities in NetSuite and Salesforce, generate reports, and work with Marketing and Product teams on bid strategy. California-based role with market-competitive pay.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales support experience.
BS/BA in business or technical field (preferred).
Experience using Salesforce and NetSuite ERP systems.
Solar experience a plus.
Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Strong analytical and written/oral communication abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Divide, follow up, and close incoming US leads.
Run bid strategy meetings before quotes are released to customers.
Coordinate with Sales Leader to manage complex multi-$M opportunities through NX Sale Process.
Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders.
Create and maintain proposals and handoff packages for Operations.
