Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultant – Warm Leads in New Jersey. This role focuses on closing opportunities from warm inbound inquiries with uncapped commissions and multiple revenue streams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, or proven closers, and comfortable presenting solar and roofing solutions. First-year reps average $130,000–$150,000 OTE with strong training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience; Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement backgrounds strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to warm inbound and field leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs.
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions to customers.
• Overcome objections and close deals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Prospect within your territory to build a strong pipeline.
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations.
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close.
