Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to represent our solar energy solutions inside Lowe's retail locations across the Northeast. You will engage homeowners, explain the financial and environmental benefits of going solar, and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

This full-time role offers competitive pay with a $16/hour base plus uncapped commissions and an On-Target-Earnings range of $55,000 to $85,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home inside Lowe's locations.
• Engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy and savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar criteria.
• Educate customers on benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with Energy Consultants.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend trainings on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Meet appointment and performance goals while delivering great customer experience.
• Position Type: Full-time (Part-time hours available at select locations).
