Job summary

NovaSource Power Services in South Carolina is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of utility-scale PV plants. Responsibilities include monitoring PV plant operations via SCADA, assisting with commissioning, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs of AC/DC systems and subcomponents.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college/technical degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of CMMS and electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV plant operation through SCADA and support commissioning, testing, inspection, and repair of AC/DC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical equipment in solar PV facilities.
• Adhere to Job Hazard Analysis, Lockout-Tag-Out procedures, and safety standards.
