Job summary

ION Solar is seeking a Special Services Supervisor in Orem, UT to lead the Special Services team on high-value solar projects. You will act as SME, coach entry-level agents, review workload, and ensure quality across staff, while supporting management decisions and maintaining a positive work culture.

The role emphasizes strong customer interaction, mentoring, and effective task distribution in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits in Utah.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of customer service experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for Special Services topics and processes.
• Lead by example on projects alongside entry level agents.
• Manage team tasks and daily productivity targets.
• Review and assign projects under manager guidance.
• Perform quality assurance and agent reviews.
• Provide targeted training to improve performance.
• Handle escalated customer issues when needed.
• Support management decisions and team processes.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
