Job summary

ION Solar in Utah is seeking a Pre Install Coordinator to audit accounts and schedule residential solar installs. You will conduct multi-point audits, determine readiness, and explain the installation process to customers, coordinating dates with homeowners.

You will monitor dashboards, follow up on tickets, contact customers by phone, text, and email, and help ensure the daily schedule is fully filled. Strong communication and organization are essential in this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Solar experience preferred.
• Ability to type at least 45 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts and determine pass status or disposition based on fail reason.
• Monitor queues and dashboards daily.
• Daily follow up of installation tickets in the assigned jurisdiction.
• Contact customers via phone, text, and email.
• Ensure the next day’s schedule is 100% filled.
• Understand ION’s mission and the impact of every individual.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
