Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Solar experience recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Address inbound concerns from outside sales representatives.
• Take the lead on difficult projects.
• Monitor solar projects and identify potential timeline delays.
• Create customized reports for sales reps.
• Provide trainings and updates to sales reps.
