Current Electric is seeking a Solar Project Coordinator to organize administrative and operational tasks for residential and commercial solar projects in Wisconsin. You will coordinate documentation, inspections, rebates, and communications among customers, field teams, utilities, and jurisdictions.

This role emphasizes strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and reliable scheduling to keep projects moving forward across multiple stages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of administrative or project coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or renewable energy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate solar projects from handoff through closeout, including documentation and inspections.
• Communicate updates and requirements to customers, team members, utilities, and jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate project records and monitor deadlines and milestones.
• Support pre-sale and post-sale activities using Aurora and T-Sheets.
