Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Mid-Level Project Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and successful execution of utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects across the United States. The role focuses on driving schedule performance from award through closeout in a fast-paced construction environment.

With 3–7 years of scheduling experience, you’ll use Primavera P6, develop baselines and look-ahead schedules, and collaborate with project managers, field teams, and executives to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of project scheduling experience in construction, energy, infrastructure, or EPC environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling principles.
• Experience updating and maintaining detailed construction schedules.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create baseline, resource-loaded, and progress update schedules.
• Coordinate schedule development with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Perform schedule updates and analyze progress against baselines.
• Identify critical path activities, risks, float erosion, and delays.
• Support forecasting, earned value, and executive reporting.
• Develop schedule recovery and mitigation plans for delays.
• Prepare schedule narratives and variance reports.
