Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Lead Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for solar, storage, and EPC projects. You will lead scheduling efforts, coordinate inputs across disciplines, and provide critical analyses to guide decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in project scheduling within renewable energy, strong CPM and P6 skills, and a proven ability to mentor others. This role is based in Colorado and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project scheduling experience.
• Renewable energy scheduling experience required.
• Experience in EPC and self-perform construction environments preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update high-quality project schedules with logic and structure.
• Ensure schedule updates meet standards, contract requirements, and QA/QC expectations.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams for inputs.
• Monitor progress and perform schedule analysis for variances and delays.
• Prepare narratives, progress/variance reports, and look-ahead schedules.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Review and resolve schedule conflicts and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Lead schedule planning sessions and provide recovery support as needed.
• Mentor schedulers in development, analysis, and company processes.
