Job summary

United Grid Solutions is seeking a Project Scheduler to support Engineers, Project Managers and Construction Managers across energy tech projects including wind, solar, storage, and transmission. The role emphasizes planning, budgeting and scheduling control using Primavera P6, with monthly reporting and executive summaries.

You will travel to North American project sites as needed; a Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years’ experience in utilities are required, along with strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 0–3 years’ experience in the utility industry preferred.
• Strong scheduling, management and technical skills to develop accurate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and progress project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline to progress schedule; include critical path, resource/loading, costs and recoveries.
• Ensure accurate capital postings and budgeting/forecasting for reporting.
• Prepare executive-level reports and mitigation strategies based on schedule analysis.
• Provide scheduling support for all projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
