Job summary

Kintec Search is seeking a Scheduler to maintain and update project schedules for solar and storage projects. You will build schedules, run standard reports, and flag risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in scheduling, 2+ years in utility-scale renewables, and strong Primavera P6 and Procore proficiency, plus data tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI. CPM fundamentals are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant scheduling experience.
• 2+ years working in utility-scale renewables in scheduling, project coordination, or construction operations.
• 2+ years hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• Experience in construction/EPC environments, preferably across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for schedule creation, updating, and basic critical path analysis.
• Experience with Procore (or similar) construction platform.
• Familiarity with data from multiple systems (Salesforce, Sigma, Excel, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of CPM and project management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules across assigned solar and storage projects.
• Build and revise schedules using templates, ensuring alignment with scope and deadlines.
• Run standard schedule, critical path, and float reports.
• Track progress vs baselines and flag slippage and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Escalate significant schedule risks in a data-driven manner.
• Collaborate with project managers, EPC partners, and internal teams to gather inputs and reflect changes.
