Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Project Scheduler III (renewables EPC) to ensure comprehensive planning and scheduling across multiple projects. The role is onsite with travel to Centennial-CO, Fargo-ND, Indianapolis-IN, Phoenix-AZ or Dallas-TX, with 10-20% travel.

You will lead scheduling efforts, manage baselines, and present updates to leadership and clients, leveraging Primavera P6 and MS Office. A PSP/PSPPMI-SP and 4–6 years in scheduling are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification and/or Project Scheduling Professional (PSPPMI-SP) certification preferred.
• 4-6 years of related experience in planning & scheduling on engineering and/or construction project.
• Ability to communicate project schedule updates and requirements with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction, training and day-to-day supervision to project scheduling personnel.
• Lead planning and scheduling functions to meet internal and external requirements while adhering to budget and schedule.
• Lead baseline schedule development and pull planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Interface with management, engineering, construction, contracts and procurement to drive scheduling solutions.
• Provide schedule analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess impacts of delays and changes on the Project Master schedule.
• Present scheduling progress to clients and internal teams.
