Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a seasoned Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling across multiple projects. You will drive baseline schedules, pull planning sessions, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to resolve clashes and keep programs on track.

The role requires 4–6 years of scheduling experience, PSP certification preferred, and strong communication with clients. Onsite location options include Centennial, CO and other offices with 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PSP certification and/or PSPPMI-SP certification preferred.
• 4-6 years of related experience in planning & scheduling on engineering and/or construction project.
• Ability to communicate project schedule updates and requirements with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction, training and day-to-day supervision to project scheduling personnel.
• Lead planning and scheduling functions to meet internal/external requirements while adhering to budget and schedule.
• Develop baseline schedules and lead pull planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, construction, contracts and procurement to resolve scheduling clashes.
• Deliver timely and accurate schedule analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess impacts of delays, critical path changes and accelerations.
• Support project and corporate management with planning and scheduling guidance and presentations.
• Interface with customers during commercial operations and contract administration.
• Present scheduling progress to clients as requested.
