Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a seasoned construction safety professional to lead safety programs for large-scale solar, BESS, and high-voltage projects. The role focuses on implementing rigorous safety controls, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and maintaining site-specific safety plans.

Candidates should have deep regulatory knowledge and a proven track record managing safety across complex sites. Reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction safety management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction safety management.
• Experience on large commercial/multi-disciplinary/industrial projects including utility, civil, highway/road and high voltage works.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on project sites.
• Lead the development and management of site-specific safety programs.
• Audit, inspect, and monitor safety performance; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise safety specialists and coordinate with project team.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and report findings.
• Champion safety culture and allSAFE principles across the project.
• Develop and maintain site safety plans and emergency response procedures.
