Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage requests for engineering letters, affidavits, and related documentation to support solar project approvals.
• Track requests and follow up with engineering partners to ensure required materials are completed and received within established timelines.
• Upload and organize documentation accurately within company systems and partner engineering platforms.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with engineers, vendors, project managers, and internal team members to ensure seamless information flow.
• Monitor document status and project timelines, proactively identifying missing items or potential delays.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and work to resolve issues that could create project bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly formatted, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with permitting, engineering, and operations teams to support the efficient progression of solar projects.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation workflows, communication, and turnaround times.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness when working with internal and external partners.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with additional coordination, administrative, and project support tasks as needed.
