Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering coordination, or related administrative/project support.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM/project management tools such as Salesforce.com preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—professional and solution-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team while delivering individual deliverables.
• Positive attitude and adaptability, focused on internal/external service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage requests for engineering letters, affidavits, and related documentation to support solar project approvals.
• Track and follow up with engineering partners to ensure timely completion of materials.
• Upload and organize documentation accurately within company systems and partner platforms.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, engineers, project managers, and team members to ensure seamless information flow.
• Monitor document status and timelines, addressing delays to prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly formatted and accessible to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with permitting, engineering, and operations teams to support project progression.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times.
