Carolina Solar Services, LLC in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Power Plant Supervisor to lead 1-4 field technicians and manage O&M for a 75MW+ solar facility. The role reports to Regional Manager and is based in a job trailer on-site.

The PPS will ensure safety, quality, and timely service, supervise scheduling, and coordinate with the Regional Manager for emergency coverage and client-facing duties.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in utility solar PV.
• 3 years of service- or project-oriented management experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.

Responsabilités

• Lead a group of 1-4 field technicians and mentor the team.
• Oversee and manage service obligations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate emergency response with Regional Manager and participate in on-call rotation.
