Carolina Solar Services, LLC in Maryland seeks a Regional Manager to lead O&M of solar facilities, directing 6–10 field technicians, and ensuring safe, on-time service and top-quality customer care.

The role requires 5 years of utility solar PV experience and 3 years in management, with a focus on safety, training, QA/QC, and effective communication; expertise reading electrical schematics is a plus.

Competenze

• 5 years of experience in utility solar PV
• 3 years of service or project-oriented management experience
• Ability to create and support team morale
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910.269 and NFPA 70E is preferred
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Team oriented attitude and safety leadership
• Proficiency reading technical specs, site plans, and electrical schematics

Mansioni

• Lead a group of 6-10 field technicians and model safety and service quality.
• Oversee service obligations to ensure on-time deliverables and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate emergency response and participate in a monthly on-call rotation.
• Create, schedule, assign, review, and approve work orders for all sites and equipment.
• Plan annual preventative maintenance including electrical and vegetation tasks.
• Prepare technicians with tools, training, and safety in daily tasks.
• Remotely guide technicians in troubleshooting and repair work.
• Assist with hiring and resource allocation for field teams.
• Review and approve personnel hours weekly.
