Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in solar service operations.

• Experience with solar inverters, battery storage systems, and monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all residential and commercial solar service operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and system performance issues.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and completing service requests.
• Prioritize service calls based on urgency, safety, system downtime, customer needs, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor open service tickets and ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Establish service procedures, quality standards, and performance expectations for the service department.
• Coordinate with field technicians, engineers, manufacturers, and service providers to resolve complex issues.
