Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Field Technician to support utility-scale PV plant maintenance. Responsibilities include monitoring SCADA, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing AC/DC systems, inverters, transformers, and metering equipment. You will follow strict safety procedures and work closely with the site team.

The role requires attention to safety, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. Prior CMMS experience and basic electrical knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college/technical degree preferred.
• Electrical certifications, state journeyman, or equivalent training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM work on PV site components, measuring and testing.
• Follow safety, environmental, and Job Hazard Analysis procedures.
• Maintain documentation and reports; ensure CMMS work orders are complete.
