Invenergy’s Samson/Delilah Solar Energy Center in Bogata, TX seeks an Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee two phases, coordinating with site management for cohesive operations. You’ll manage daily plant operations, safety, budgets, staff, and vendor relations to ensure reliable power delivery.

The role requires hands-on maintenance oversight, travel up to 50%, and flexibility for night schedules. Strong PLC/SCADA exposure and NEC-aligned practices are preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum six months of supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather and climb ladders.
• Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Prepare and implement operating and maintenance procedures ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Recruit, train and manage plant operating, maintenance and administrative staff.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and periodic status reports.
• Interface with local customers and suppliers.
• Procure parts, materials and services and support resolution of technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and contractual responsibilities.
• Provide high level of professionalism and technical expertise.
• Perform routine QA checks of solar technician work.
• Assist solar technicians with maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
