Job summary

Leeward Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced Site Lead (P3) to direct all power plant operations for maintenance and repairs, focusing on performance and reliability of the solar facility. In partnership with the plant manager, you will develop strategies to improve performance and profitability across the site.

This role is available at various locations and offers exposure to a small team, growth opportunities, and collaboration with all organizational levels to support our energy goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple teams of technicians and contractors.
• High voltage switching, troubleshooting, and repair experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare and manage annual budgets and plant activity schedules.
• Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager in annual budget preparation and scheduling.
• Ensure safety at the power plant level and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Oversee site personnel, contractors, and quality of repairs and maintenance.
• Create and approve purchase requests and work orders; communicate status updates.
• Manage plant reporting and liaison with stakeholders, landowners, and the public.
• Travel up to 10–20% as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
