QE Solar in Texas is seeking a Plant Manager to supervise field services for solar and battery storage systems, optimizing equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting on-site maintenance and compliance.

You will oversee scheduling of internal and external field personnel, enforce safety protocols, prepare service tickets and reports, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of activities.

Qualificações

• High School or Technical School Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years specialist, technical experience with solar, BESS, or other renewable systems.
• 4 years technical experience as a Plant Manager or Field Engineer in power generation; 600V-1500V systems; NEC/IEEE/NFPA-70e knowledge.
• Inverter and/or BESS manufacturer certifications a plus; Thermography Level 1; CPR/First Aid.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair system failures on existing solar sites; perform regular preventative maintenance on solar and BESS equipment.
• Manage field teams (internal and external) and schedule personnel; ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols; ensure site plans and safety policies are followed; perform risk assessments.
• Prepare service tickets and reports; communicate findings to leadership and clients.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
