Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar family, seeks a Solar Operations Program Manager to standardize processes across the Solar P&L and improve efficiency and customer experience. You will lead SOPs, governance, and cross-functional initiatives spanning sales, fulfillment, and credit workflows.

Qualifications include solar industry experience, ERP familiarity, and a track record in program management and process development. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Solar industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience creating and managing SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational standards.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or 3 - 5 years' of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the Solar P&L.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, controls, and governance for a consistent customer/employee experience.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational risks and implement solutions.
• Monitor operational quality and performance using data and root-cause analysis.
• Lead planning and execution for strategic initiatives and program changes.
