Job summary

Silfab Solar is hiring a Process Engineer to develop SOPs and SWIs, perform root cause analysis, and drive kaizen projects across production sites. You will coach newer team members and collaborate with operations on program deliverables while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

You will work with robotics and controls systems, PLCs, and automation, and use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to support process improvements, with travel up to 50% and rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience with robotics/controls troubleshooting and PLCs.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and office software; strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs and SWIs; lead process documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis on production/maintenance issues.
• Lead kaizen projects to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Support equipment installations, debugging, and commissioning.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Collaborate with operations on program deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with standards and legislations.
