Responsibilities

• TOC Champion to optimize throughput.
• Drive lab configurations and manning requirements.
• Perform cycle time analyses.
• Team with Rel Eng to prioritize projects by metric impact.
• Flow Maximization and cost analyses.
• Advisor on throughput decisions.
• Perform cost analyses for decision making.
• Decision Matrixes.
• Justifications for capital equipment.
• Analyze and advise cost benefit opportunities.
• Operational System Expert in Maximo and SAS.
• Process documentation and technical writing.
• Continuous improvement project participation.
• Data mining to establish/maintain operational data.
• Extract/transform data to support flow decisions.
• Report findings.
• Lab Operations support as needed.
• Ability to drive forklift when required.
