Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a Solar Operations Program Manager in Maryland. You will drive operational excellence across the Solar P&L, standardizing processes, and partnering with sales, fulfillment, and credit teams to improve customer experience and profitability.

You will establish SOPs, govern processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives while aiming for scalable, data-driven improvements and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in operations, process improvement, program management, or project management.
• Strong ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience creating and managing SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational standards.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct management authority.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the Solar P&L.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, controls, and governance for a consistent customer and employee experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, gaps, and solutions across sales, fulfillment, and credit workflows.
• Monitor quality and performance using data and root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Lead planning and execution for strategic initiatives and new programs.
