Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator in a contractor hybrid role based in Houston, TX. You will manage spare parts, tool orders, equipment orders, and assist dispatches with accurate entry, tracking, and documentation.

Responsibilities include processing orders, validating requests, monitoring statuses, updating inventory levels, coordinating vendors, and generating reports while supporting field service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer service or inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred solar/renewable energy field service or supply chain exposure.
• Certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus.
• Strong communication and proactive, organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Process spare parts orders with accurate part numbers, descriptions, quantities and delivery locations.
• Validate field service requests for accuracy before processing.
• Monitor order statuses and ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with vendors and warehouse staff.
• Provide real-time inventory updates to field service and dispatch teams.
• Coordinate tool and equipment orders, rentals, and de‑briefs with vendors.
• Generate reports on inventory, order accuracy and KPIs.
• Assist with dispatch planning and ensure alignment with technical requirements.
