Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Vendor Dispatch Coordinator for a 6-month hybrid role based in Houston, TX. You will manage end-to-end vendor service requests, confirm scope, identify qualified vendors, schedule work, and ensure safety and timeliness.

The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication. The position involves reviewing requests with Field Service and Engineering, issuing POs, tracking parts, and maintaining records in service management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a technical-oriented customer service role or 3+ years in a technical field.
• Preferred experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming dispatch requests to verify feasibility, completeness and scope of work.
• Coordinate dispatch of vendors for onsite service and ensure alignment with technical requirements.
• Optimize vendor schedules to improve efficiency, reduce costs and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate all site visits between clients, vendors, and Field Service teams.
